


Booking Appointments
Credit card information is required when booking services to reserve the appointment. This will ensure that your appointment has been reserved just for you. The credit card on file will not be billed until the completion of services.
Please note that all credit card information retained by GH Hair Co. is for its use and will not be shared outside the business.

Cancellation + Reschedule Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I kindly ask that you give a 48 hour notice.
All cancellations can be done via text @ (406) 880-4170.
If chronic last minute cancellations + rescheduling become an issue, I will kindly ask that we terminate our working relationship.
I totally realize life happens but please know that when short or no notice is given, those time slots are unable to be filled.
I ask that you please value and respect my time, as I greatly do yours!

No-Show Policy
If you are a no-call/ no-show for your scheduled appointment, your online booking access will be blocked + I will no longer accept any future bookings.

Running Late + Missed Appointments
If you are running late, please place a courtesy text to (406) 880-4170.
If you are 15 or more minutes late, I will kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.
Please allow yourself enough time to make it to your scheduled appointment on time.

Adjustment Policy
More than anything, I want you to love your new look! And I pride myself on a thorough consultation prior to all services to ensure you always leave satisfied.
But I realize that sometimes I may miss the mark + adjustments need to be made. If you are unhappy with a service you receive with me, please let me know right away. I ask that you notify me within 5 days to let me know that you are having trouble with your new style. I am more than happy to work with you on finding another time to come in to correct or adjust what you aren't totally satisfied with. Please be aware that not all circumstances will be eligible for a complimentary adjustment based on notes taken from our consultation.

Product Policy
Due to the personal nature of beauty products, all sales are FINAL.
I will work with you to ensure we've selected the perfect products just for you + your hair.

Credit Card Fee
Payments made with a credit or debit card are subject to a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
